Summer is here! A Popsicle might be a great choice to cool down the heat.
What about a Chinese traditional style Popsicle? Have you ever tasted one?
Maybe it’s time to make it. It’s actually not that hard to DIY.
Ingredients:
1. 500 ml of water
2. 30 g of milk powder
3. 45 g of white sugar
4. 10 g of glutinous rice flour
Main Directions:
1. Pour the water into a pot and boil it.
2. Add in milk powder, sugar and glutinous rice flour to the boiling water, then mix them properly.
3. Set the the mixture aside and let it cool down till room temperature.
4. Pour the liquid into an ice lattice or a Popsicle mode.
5. Put it in the freezer for 4 hours. It might need more time till it’s frozen.
The last step is enjoy your summer with a Chinese style Popsicle!
