1.Dice the carrot, then put it into plate. Prepare for 30 g pea in the same plate,
2.Break 2 eggs and then stir it with one direction,
3.Put 1 TSP oil in the pan and pour the egg liquid, cook it into small piece, then put the cooked egg in the plate,
4.Again, put 1 TSP oil in the pan, add the cooked rice in it, then put the pea, the carrot,ham slices and cooked egg in it, stir up for 3 minutes.
