How to Make Chinese Food Spring Rolls/Egg Rolls?

Spring rolls that is also known as spring pancake or thin pancake is Chinese traditional food. It is popular all over China especially Jiang nan. These are used to treat guests except cooking for family. It has the meaning of greeting new year, and its nutritious value is very high due to it has lots of fresh vegetables. Eating spring rolls on the day beginning of Spring is a traditional custom in Chinese folk.
The process of making spring rolls is that use wrappers to wrap meat and vegetable, then fried them.
Egg Roll Ingredients:Pork 200g, spring pancake 300g, green onion 30g, salt 5g, oil 50ml chili oil 10ml, cooked white sesame 5g and 6 mushrooms.

2.Put oil 20ml in the pan, when it is 60% heat, put the pork in the pan, stir for one minute. Then, put the green onion, mung bean sprout, and mushroom, stir them well, then turned off the gas. Put the well cooked into a plate.

3.Take one piece spring roll wrapper, put the cooked vegetable and meat on one side, then roll it to oblong shape.

4.Put some oil in the pan, heat it about Sixty percent with soft fire, put the well wrapped spring roll in the pan, fry them into golden brown on both sides, get them out. When the oil is hot, drop in a few Spring Rolls so that they’re not squashed too close together.

5.Take out some sesame paste and put water into it, then add some chili oil and cooked white sesame, stir well for condiment sauce.

Now spring rolls are finished, you can enjoy them.
